Mr. Jackson is a 2005 graduate of Fairview High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in Education from Baldwin-Wallace University in 2010 and his master's degree in Educational Leadership from Baldwin-Wallace in 2018. For over 10 years, Mr. Jackson has worked in education, and currently teaches sixth-grade mathematics at A.I. Root Middle School, part of the Medina City School District. He is a member of the district’s Technology Committee and Secondary MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) Committee. 

Mr. Jackson was appointed to the Board of Education to fill the seat vacated by Matthew Hrubey, whose term expired on December 31, 2021. Mr. Jackson's term will run through December 31, 2025.
