    There are many opportunities to showcase any interest or your talent(s).   If you have any interest in child advocacy, marketing, web design, photography, scholarships, publicity, fundraising, accounting, or community outreach, just to name a few, please come join the fun! 

What is PTA Council?

    • A group of local PTAs organized under the authority of the Ohio PTA for the purpose of communication for sharing information and coordination of efforts between units

    • Provides an opportunity for each unit to network, promote interests and conference regarding common challenges

    • Channel of Communication from National and Ohio PTAs to local levels

    • Four Fairview Parkview PTA units: Early Childhood PTA, Parkview(Early Ed Center), Gilles Sweet Elementary, Fairview Park  Middle School and High School

    • Each unit is represented at the Council level

PTA Council Coordinates:

    •  The dissemination of National and Ohio PTA happenings

    •  Coordinates the PTA Reflections art program

    • Fundraisers for community programs and scholarships 

    • Distribution of several PTA scholarships to graduating Seniors

    • Plans and hots the PTA Founder's Day celebration

    • Host a Senior Citizen Luncheon every spring 

    • The Installation Ceremony for all incoming PTA officers across all units
