It is the priority of the Student Services Department to provide students with the support and tools they need to be successful throughout their school careers and beyond.  The Student Services Department goal is to assist families and school team members in addressing the needs of students with a variety of special circumstances.

The Fairview Park City School District's Special Education Department is committed to providing a comprehensive continuum of services for students with disabilities that facilitates the students' academic and social/emotional growth. We currently provide services to students with disabilities through Individual Education Program (IEP) under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (IDEIA) and Section 504 Plans under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
