The Fairview Park City School District is committed to providing and maintaining clear, consistent, and regular communication with community members and staff. Our focus is to ensure community stakeholders have easy access to current information through a variety of communication channels.

We also strive to promote the positives within our district, promoting the achievements of our students, staff, and stakeholders. We are responsible for maintaining the district's website, social media, weekly e-newsletters, printed newsletters, and our SwiftK12 parent notification system.

Alerts & Notifications

The district regularly delivers critical information to parents using our SwiftK12 notification system. These notifications are sent via phone calls, emails, and text messages. Families are encouraged to regularly check and update contact information to ensure these messages are successfully delivered.

Notifications that are delivered through SwiftK12 include emergency and critical communication, weather-related and calamity day notices, and high-priority information that families may need.

If you are not receiving these important notifications from the district, please contact the school's main office where your child attends. You can also update your contact information online using our PowerSchool Parent Portal. Click here for instructions on how to update your contact information in PowerSchool.

Website

The newly designed website at fairviewparkschools.org launched in the spring of 2022. The redesign process began in the fall of 2021, as the district surveyed internal and external stakeholders to determine the most important features and information.

Social Media

We invite you to join the conversation on social media. Our social networking sites are a great way to receive up-to-date information about district programs, services, events, and activities. We also regularly highlight the accomplishments of our students and staff on social media.

Our social media sites are a limited public forum. They are operated by the Fairview Park City School District and its content reflects the mission, goals, vision, and voice of our schools.

Per FPCSD Board Policy 10.26, vulgar, offensive, prejudicial, inflammatory, illegal or copyrighted content will be removed from these pages at the discretion of the pages' administrators, operating on behalf of the Fairview Park City School District (FPCSD). Harassment, bullying, threatening language, abusive, defamatory and/or discriminatory content will not be tolerated and these pages reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user that participates in such activity.

Building E-Newsletters

During the academic year, our school buildings send a weekly e-newsletter filled with information for families. If your child is enrolled in the district, you will receive these e-newsletters automatically.
