Gilles-Sweet Elementary and the Fairview Park PTA are collaborating to raise funds for the construction of a new inclusive playground at the school, to ensure all students including those with disabilities, have a safe and welcoming play space.
Gilles-Sweet Elementary School is dedicated to promoting and fostering student academics in a safe and engaging environment. The mission of the Fairview Park PTA is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. These two organizations are collaborating to raise funds for the construction of a new inclusive playground at Gilles-Sweet Elementary School, to ensure all students, including those with disabilities, have a safe and welcoming play space. 100% of funds raised through this campaign will benefit the playground initiative.
All proceeds from this year’s Derby Dash will go towards a new inclusive playground, ensuring all students, including those with disabilities, have a safe and welcoming play space.
