School Notifications - ParentSquare
What is ParentSquare?
Keeping parents informed with timely and critical information and notifications is a priority for the Fairview Park City School District.
Beginning in August 2024, the Fairview Park City Schools moved to ParentSquare for districtwide email, text and phone notifications. The district also uses many other communication methods to routinely communicate with parents, including:
- SeeSaw
- Gradient Learning
- Building level e-newsletters
- Fast Five e-newsletters
Updating Your Alerts Information
To ensure parents/guardians receive all notifications and information from the district, including calamity (snow day) and emergency messages:
- All parent/guardian contact information must be up-to-date in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
- Alert preferences for each parent/guardian contact must be properly selected.
- 1. Log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal
- 2. Click on Alerting
- 3. Click on Alert Preferences
- 4. View Alert Preferences
- 5. Click which alerts you wish to receive
