Free or Reduced Price Meals

Children from families whose annual income is at or below the Federal Guidelines are eligible for free and reduced-price meals.  Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines will be used for determining eligibility. You can apply for benefits online and receive your benefit information instantly.

We encourage families to use the online application process, however, if you cannot access the online application, the Fairview Park Public Library provides free access for student registration. Or, you may fill out a paper form and drop off your completed applications to your individual school building or directly to:
