There is a wealth of information on our website. In addition to our morning announcements and daily schedule, you can find the Mayer Middle School calendar, information about course and extra-curricular offerings, gifted & talented services, homeless services, services for students with limited english, the school counseling page, breakfast/lunch menus, the school clinic, a staff listing, and a transportation page. The PARENTS page has an alphabetical listing of links to pages as well – check it out!
Middle School students are not to be using their cell phones throughout the day, unless it is for educational purposes. It is always helpful when parents echo these expectations. If there is a day that phones can be used for a lesson (laptops can always be used if the student does not have a phone), teachers will give students advanced notice.
As mentioned above, mentors play a crucial role in your child’s progress at school. If you have concerns about a particular class, please contact the subject area teacher first. If you have concerns in general, please first contact your child’s mentor teacher. Staff emails are listed on our website and can be found HERE.
