He also served as a Talent Management Partner for CMSD where he conducted learning walks with a Network Support Team to provide feedback on areas of strength and development within schools. Prior to that, he was a program coordinator for Junior Achievement of Cleveland.

Prior to emigrating to the U.S., Mr. McHugh was a Science Teacher for four years at North Chadderton High School in Oldham, England.

Mr. McHugh originally hails from Manchester, England, and currently resides in Westlake with his wife and three children.

“Mr. McHugh brings a tremendous amount of experience to our district and his passion for educational technology in the classroom is very evident. We are excited to welcome him to the Fairview Park City School District,” said Dr. Bill Wagner, Superintendent.
