Pursuant to R.C. 3313.16 and R.C. 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that three (3) special meetings of the Board of Education of the Fairview Park City School District, Cuyahoga County, Ohio are scheduled for: • Friday, September 4, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. • Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. • Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, Fairview Park City Schools will no longer mail bus assignment postcards. Instead, all bus route information will be sent by email.
On May 29, 2026, the Ohio Auditor of State's Office recognized Fairview Park City Schools with the Auditor of State Award with Distinction for its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for fiscal year 2025.

For three members of the Fairview High School Class of 2026, graduation marks the beginning of a different kind of journey.

When Fairview High School's first graduating class crossed the stage in 1931, one senior received a special honor recognizing scholarship, service, and character - the Golden Key Award.

Awarded annually to Fairview seniors pursuing degrees in education, the scholarship honors the legacy of these two longtime Fairview educators who devoted their careers to serving students and the community.

The new John’s Safe Place at the EEC, created through the John C. Haney Foundation, is one of the latest additions to a growing network of mental health support spaces in Northeast Ohio schools.
