Support Fairview Park students while entering for a chance to win!

Donate new, unopened school supplies at the Fairview Park City Schools tent during Summerfest (July 24-26, 2026) and receive one raffle entry for each donated item (up to five entries per person, per day).

One lucky winner will receive four Field Box tickets to the Cleveland Guardians vs. San Diego Padres game on Sunday, August 16, 2026.

Raffle Information:

Sponsor:

  • This raffle is sponsored and administered by the Fairview Park PTA, in partnership with Fairview Park City Schools and Sources of Strength at Fairview High School and Mayer Middle School.

Eligibility:

  • The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Raffle Period:

  • Entries will be accepted at the Fairview Park City Schools tent during Fairview Park Summerfest 2026, July 24-26, 2026. 

How to Enter:

  • Participants may enter by donating new, unopened school supply items at the Fairview Park City Schools Summerfest tent.
  • Receive one (1) raffle entry for each donated school supply item.
  • Limit five (5) raffle entries per person, per day.
  • Participants must complete an official raffle entry form at the time of donation to be eligible. The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • All donated school supplies become the property of the Fairview Park PTA and will be distributed to support students in need at the Fairview Park City School District.

Prize Information:

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Four (4) Field Box tickets to the Cleveland Guardians vs. San Diego Padres game on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2026.
  • 1:40 p.m. first pitch
  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted.

Winner Selection:

  • One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the raffle period. The drawing will take place on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
  • The winner will be notified using the contact information provided on the raffle entry form. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

  • By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Fairview Park PTA, which are final.
  • The Fairview Park PTA reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
  • Information collected through the raffle will be used solely to administer the raffle and contact the winner.
