Fairview Park City School District Board of Education, FPEA reach new collective bargaining agreement

The Fairview Park City School District Board of Education approved a new collective bargaining agreement with the Fairview Park Education Association (FPEA) at its special meeting on October 1, 2026. FPEA membership previously ratified the agreement. With the Board’s approval, the negotiation process is complete.
“This agreement is the result of a significant amount of work by both bargaining teams,” said Board President Erin Hinkel. “We appreciate the time everyone committed to the process and are pleased to have reached an agreement that supports our staff and maintains the District’s commitment to long-term financial stability.”
The new agreement will remain in effect through June 30, 2029.
