Gemini Center Staging Area and Construction Information

Construction at the Fairview Park Gemini Center is scheduled to begin this spring. On March 19, 2025, construction crews secured a staging area in the northeast corner of the parking lot - an area jointly owned by the City of Fairview Park and the Fairview Park City Schools. An area of the practice field adjacent to the parking lot is also being used for construction.

We ask that students, families, and guests at Fairview High School and Mayer Middle School use caution in the parking lot during construction. The staging area will be clearly marked, and students and families should not enter the area at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Fencing for the Gemini Rehab project is scheduled for installation on Wednesday, April 2, with expanded barricades starting Sunday, March 30. While vehicle traffic and library parking will remain mostly unaffected, pedestrian access from the library and schools to the Gemini Center will be rerouted due to sidewalk closures on the west side.
