Parkview Early Education Center Receives 5-Star Rating from Step Up to Quality

The Parkview Early Education Center has been awarded the highest Step Up to Quality rating — a 5-Star — from the Ohio Department of Education.

Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) is a five–star quality rating and improvement system administered by the Ohio Department of Education and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. SUTQ recognizes and promotes learning and development programs that meet quality program standards that exceed preschool licensing health and safety regulations. Step Up To Quality program standards are based on national research identifying standards which lead to improved outcomes for children.

“We are very excited to receive this recognition,” said Trish Moran, Director of Early Education and Testing, “The Early Education Center staff works extremely hard to create and maintain a fun and stimulating educational environment for our youngest learners. I appreciate all they do each and every day.”

The Early Education Center staff will be recognized at the March 20 regular Board of Education meeting.
