PUBLIC NOTICE: Construction Updates

Friends and neighbors of the Fairview Park City Schools,

In order to complete necessary work prior to the start of school on August 22 and to coordinate with busy upcoming academic and athletic schedules, the school district will need to conduct work at the FHS/MMS construction site seven days a week starting Saturday, August 4 and continuing through Saturday, August 18. This will involve work on the underground stormwater detention system in the service driveway off Campus Drive as well as the sanitary lines and the stormwater detention system on the west side of the building.

Although there is a Fairview Park ordinance prohibiting construction work on Sundays, City Administration has approved a variance for Sunday, August 5, Sunday, August 12, and Sunday, September 23. Work on these days will be scheduled from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm each day.

9/10/18 EDIT: Construction plans shifted and a crane will be used to deliver new air handler on the roof instead of a helicopter as originally scheduled for Sept. 23.
