Update Your Alerts Information

To update, login to your PowerSchool Parent Portal through a desktop or mobile browser. This will not work in the PowerSchool App. 

Log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal 


  1. Click on Alerting > SwiftReach>SwiftK12
  2. Click Alert Preferences 
  3. Then, for each contact field click on Alert Preferences to view alerting preferences.alertpreferences
  4. Check which alerts you wish to receive. 
  5. Click save.
