Mrs. Banks is a person who radiates warmth, compassion and patience. She consistently goes above and beyond for the students and staff she works with each day. Her intuitive nature allows her to anticipate their needs before they arise, creating a nurturing environment where every student feels seen and valued. Whether offering comforting words of encouragement or taking the time to explain a challenging concept in multiple ways until it clicks, she exemplifies dedication to the growth and well-being of each student.
