Joslyn Dalton has been a resident of Fairview Park since 2001. She and her husband Bob (a 1991 graduate of Fairview High School) have two children: Abby, FHS Class of 2020, and Grant, FHS Class of 2023.

Dalton holds a Masters of Science in Health Informatics from Kent State University. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Health Information Management & Systems and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). Dalton teaches full-time at Cuyahoga Community College in the Health Information Management Technology program. Prior to joining Tri-C, she worked for 15 years in healthcare management positions.

Dalton was appointed to the board in June 2012 and elected for four-year terms in 2013, 2017 & 2021. She served as Vice President in 2014 and President from 2015 – 2017 and 2020-2024. 

Term to December 31, 2025.

• Fairview Park Athletic Club (FPAC)
