  • Develop and foster an inclusive and supportive school environment where all students, staff, parents, and community members feel safe, valued, and respected. 

    Goal 1: Develop and implement research-based programs to support social-emotional growth in students.

    Goal 2: Assess the effectiveness and awareness of existing physical, mental, and emotional health resources for students and staff.

    Goal 3: Provide professional development for staff members related to student social-emotional and mental health needs.

    Goal 4: Utilize the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisory Group to review current policies to ensure equity and inclusion of all stakeholders.
